Chirag Nanavati
Chirag Nanavati is part of the founding team and a Managing Director of Asset Vantage (a UNIDEL company) that helps families with complex wealth run their family office like they would their business.
Chirag leads AV’s business operations including sales, marketing, global product management, and customer success programs. Previously, he led UNIDEL company Softdel, as its Managing Director. Chirag has wide-ranging experience from managing start-ups and technology commercialisation to venture capital. He started his career with Honeywell R&D labs in the US, where he worked on commercialising real-time, mission-critical avionics and automation products. Subsequently, he was involved with an early-stage venture fund and later led business development and operations for a technology startup he co-founded.
Chirag holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA, and a BS in Computer Science from Michigan Tech University, USA.

Sunil is a serial entrepreneur and the Founder and Chairman of UNIDEL, a family of pioneering technology companies that enable informed decision making by unlocking and transforming trapped data across industries.
Passionate about building tech businesses that solve real-world problems and disrupt the status quo, Sunil leads UNIDEL companies across the Industrial & Buildings IoT, WealthTech, and CareerTech segments, to enable intelligent AI-driven solutions for the most pressing industry challenges.
Sunil is an active investor through his Single Family Office, RM Capital. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and is keen on nurturing entrepreneurial talent. Sunil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering & Management of Technology from Vanderbilt University, USA.
Mark Rogozinski
In over thirty-five years of his career, Mahesh Asrani has led the finance function in large global businesses in various capacities, including as Chief Finance Officer of COFCO International Limited. He is an experienced business manager with a strong finance background and expertise in managing the challenges of growing business in a global environment and steering business reorganizations. As a member of the top management team, he has been driving strategy, managing finance, and other functions in multiple countries and diverse cultures.

Mark Rogozinski has over two decades of experience in the wealth and asset management sector having run both business operations and technology organizations. He is a senior advisor and Board member at Asset Vantage which he helped get established in the US with the acquisition of Financial Navigator Inc. He led the efforts at SEI Investments to build a financial technology services solution for the single and multi-family office market. He has also led operations and development roles at several technology and finance companies including RockIT Solutions, Rockefeller & Co, WealthTrust, Homrich & Berg, Convergent Wealth Advisors and Atlantic Trust PWM. Mark received a BS in Finance/Investments, Entrepreneurial Studies and Communications from Babson College, USA.
Juzar Motiwalla
Dr. Juzar Motiwalla is a resident of Singapore and Board Member / Advisor to several companies in the technology space that have a global footprint. He was the Partner of Investments at Green Dot Capital where he was responsible for global investments. Prior to joining Green Dot Capital, he was Chief Executive Officer of Kent Ridge Digital Labs (KRDL), a 300 men high-tech laboratory that incubated 15 start-up companies in Asia and Silicon Valley. KRDL’s success in bridging competitive world-class technologies with high-growth markets has received international coverage including feature articles in Red Herring, Asian Wall Street Journal and Time. He also spearheaded the development of several multi-year international R&D partnerships with Apple, HP, IBM, Ericsson and others.
Juzar serves on the Board of UNIDEL’s investee company in the venture space. Juzar has been on International Executive Councils of several professional associations and for eight years was a Board Member of Singapore’s National Computer Board.
Juzar has an MSc and PhD in Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, USA.
Vinay Chowdhry
Dr. Vinay Chowdhry has been a successful innovator and entrepreneur in the life science industry for over 25 years. He founded biotechnology company QualiconTM, a subsidiary of DuPont that invented and markets DNA-based automated microbial analysis systems for the global food industry, serving as its CEO until his retirement. The company’s innovative products provide highly accurate microbial analyses of food and other products susceptible to microbial contamination, resulting in greater safety and quality. Previously, Vinay served in roles of increasing responsibility at DuPont, including General Manager at DuPont FQMS Venture and as Research Supervisor at DuPont Central Research & Development. He currently serves as an advisor to early-stage entrepreneurial companies.
Vinay received PhD and AM degrees from Harvard University, MSc from the Indian Institute of Technology and a BSc from Bombay University.

Deval is Head of International at Eagle Investments, a leading Fintech investor in the US and Emerging Markets. Prior to Eagle, Deval was at DLB Capital, First Light Financial and Citigroup and has held various banking and principal investing roles. Deval has a Bachelor’s in Finance from Boston College, USA.
Elias Kawar
Elias has over 17 years of operational & corporate finance, strategy consulting and investment banking experience ranging across industries. He is currently responsible for advisory and investment mandates at Eagle Investments in Dubai. Elias holds an MBA in finance from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science degree in management and economics from Purdue University.

Anil is responsible for operations and enabling functions across all UNIDEL businesses. He started his career with a UNIDEL company, Digital Electronics Ltd, in 1975. Throughout his journey , Anil has led multiple functions including R&D, manufacturing, and sales operations for several generations of products.
Anil’s technical experience spans electro-mechanical, electrical, electronics, embedded systems, and software technologies. Passionate about building and nurturing high-performance teams across business functions, Anil has consistently delivered predictable performance through the adoption of UNIDEL’s unique business management systems.
Anil is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Pune University.
